JAMES WILSON
President & CEO
Certified Asbestos Consultant

James Wilson is responsible for the day to day management of both the Northern and Southern California offices and our Indoor Environmental Quality Division. He is a Certified Asbestos Consultant and holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from UC Berkeley. Mr. Wilson has over 30 years of experience in construction project design and management. Over the past 16 years, he has successfully managed hundreds of building surveys and large-scale asbestos abatement projects for organizations such as UC Davis, BART and Kaiser Hospitals.

TIM FALLIN
Vice President & COO
Certified Asbestos Consultant

Tim Fallin is responsible for managing ACC’s system-wide environmental consulting and data management contract for a large nationwide bank. Over the past 8 years, Mr. Fallin has successfully completed over 2000 projects for the bank and managed environmental data for their 6,000 properties nationwide. Mr. Fallin holds a degree BA degree in Environmental Studies and is a Certified Asbestos Consultant. He has 11 years of asbestos, lead-based paint, indoor-air quality and environmental site assessment experience.

MARK SANCHEZ, CHMM, REA

Certified Asbestos Consultant

Mark Sanchez is responsible for performing indoor air quality studies and managing ACC’s environmental training center. He is a Certified Asbestos Consultant, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, and Certified Lead-based Paint Professional with over 13 years of experience. Mr. Sanchez has successfully completed hundreds of building surveys for asbestos, lead-based paint and indoor air quality. He has also designed and managed large-scale asbestos abatement projects in high-rise office buildings, schools and colleges. His long-term ACC clients include: City of Oakland, Prometheus Properties, Hines and Oakland Unified School District.

LARRY EVERTON
Senior Project Manager
Certified Asbestos Consultant

Larry Everton is responsible for senior level project design and management of asbestos abatement projects. He is a Licensed General Contractor and Certified Asbestos Consultant with over 25 years of construction management experience. Mr. Everton has successfully completed hundreds of asbestos survey, abatement and reconstruction projects in high-rise office buildings, college campuses, hospitals and schools. His long-term ACC clients include: Peralta Community College District, San Mateo County, Chabot/Las Positas Community College District, Oakland Unified School District and Unico Properties.

Jorge Guerrero, CA/DPH
Senior Project Manager
Certified Asbestos Consultant

Mr. Guerrero is responsible for large clients in the Los Angeles office. He has extensive experience managing numerous asbestos, lead, indoor air quality and mold remediation projects. His experience includes writing full asbestos, lead, indoor air quality and mold survey reports, proposals, abatement specifications for contractors and conducting job bid walks, overseeing field inspectors, mold investigations, indoor air quality assessments, conducting asbestos air clearances and lead risk assessments and lead wipe sampling. In addition, Mr. Guerrero performs Phase I, II and III work and ground water and soil sampling. Mr. Guerrero clients include University of California, Fullerton, The Salvation Army Western Territory and the Bank of the West.

Justin Graham, CA/DPH
Senior Project Manager
Certified Asbestos Consultant

Mr. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies and is a Certified Asbestos Consultant and Lead Paint Inspector/Risk Assessor, with over nine years of survey, project and construction management experience. Mr. Graham is in charge of the Los Angeles Unified School District contract, which is an as-needed contract serving the entire LAUSD region of approximately 830 school sites. The program combines survey, project design, project oversight and general consulting for asbestos issues. He has overseen the successful completion of well over 500 projects over the past nine years. In addition, Mr. Graham has performed various hazardous materials surveys for the Los Angeles County Housing Authority and miscellaneous private clients.
