    Description:

    ACC provided final characterization of hazardous materials and acted as the Owner’s representative related to removal of asbestos, lead and PCB containing/contaminated materials from a 13-story office/classroom building. Work included removal of the exterior skin of the building to address removal of asbestos-containing fireproofing, lead and PCB containing materials, including PCB contaminated concrete under scrutiny of EPA representatives.
