Contractor Health and Safety Support Services
The contractor assumes full and sole responsibility for ensuring the safety of its personnel and sub-contractors. The contractor is required to comply with all laws, regulations ordinances, and governmental orders pertaining to employee worksite safety and is responsible for employing appropriate safety measures and taking all other actions reasonably necessary to protect the life, health, and safety of the public and to protect adjacent and owned property in connection with the performance of the scope of work.
