Fire and Smoke Damage Investigation and Assessment

ACC certified staff provide fire and smoke impact assessments, which include a site inspection, extent of cleanup, identifying hazardous materials including asbestos, lead-paint, PCB’s, and combustion by-products as wall as HVAC and other systems. Following the assessment, ACC will assist in designing an appropriate response plan. ACC can then provide abatement project management, monitoring and clearance monitoring to confirm the fire-damaged space is free from hazardous materials.
