    Upon completion HazMat surveys, ACC experts can provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) plans, which are designed to assist property owners in managing asbestos-containing materials and/or lead paint that will remain in the subject building or project site. If abatement is not required or feasible for the owner, ACC can design O&M Plans that will allow for safe and effective management of ACMs/LBPs.

    It is imperative to keep O&M plans current and document removal of any material, allowing for any change of management or new personnel to have access to correct information
